I was daydreaming in grade four class, when I was suppose to respond to a question asked by my Chinese teacher. I drifted in the midst of memorizing Tang dynasty poems. Remembering a story I read about communicating with someone on the video on a wrist watch, I was longing for that to happen sooner.
Fast forward to 2017, we have apple watch and facetime at our disposal.
What will we do when we venture out in space?
It surely seems very uneventful during that many light years of travel time.
Would we fly solo? Like in some of the new joys in Star Wars?
Or live most of the life on the spaceship, forming communities, and growing a generation of humans not having been to earth or any other planets?
